I had a slight fear of dentists due to some previous bad experiences and hadn't been to one for many years. I chipped a tooth earlier this year and needed to get some work done and thought I would try Ascot Vale Smiles since I passed them on the road every day. My dentist fears have completely disappeared. The service is excellent, the staff are all chatty and friendly and even though it may be months between visits, they remember you and even the little things about your family and work etc. I have been a number of times now to get various issues fixed and have seen two of the dentists in the team and been very pleased with both of them. They constantly explain what they are doing throughout the procedures and are always checking on your comfort. I have no hesitation in recommending them. ~ NEIL S
I wanted to have some work done to change the appearance of my teeth and I knew it was going to be a little expensive so I wanted to get a few quotes from different dentists. I knew as soon as I walked in I was going to be happy, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. Dr Nick made me feel very comfortable and I trusted his opinion and advice on what to do as I was very nervous. I was so surprised when I looked in the mirror once he had finished, I was shocked at what an amazing job he did!
