Dr Melissa Shum is the best dentist! I was welcomed as soon as you walk in the door and greeted by a very kind and friendly receptionist. Dr Shum is very thorough and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I had my teeth cleaned and she suggested a dental x- ray. With the excellent information provided, Dr Shum was able to provide the best treatment plan for me. With the second visit, I felt so relaxed and she made the entire procedure incredibly gentle and pain free! Dr Shum’s skill is beyond comparison and I am so happy with the excellent result. I wanted to have some work done to change the appearance of my teeth and I knew it was going to be a little expensive so I wanted to get a few quotes from different dentists. I knew as soon as I walked in I was going to be happy, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. Dr Nick made me feel very comfortable and I trusted his opinion and advice on what to do as I was very nervous. I was so surprised when I looked in the mirror once he had finished, I was shocked at what an amazing job he did!
